Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of older people? We are looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals to join our client's team at their fantastic, purpose-built care home in Aylesbury. Whether you are an experienced Care Assistant looking for a supportive and inclusive employer or someone motivated to begin a meaningful career in health and social care, we want to hear from you!

Why Join Our Client's Team? Our client believes that your passion, values, attitude, and behaviours matter more than your previous career background. While care experience is desirable, it's not essential as full training and support will be provided. What matters most is that you have a kind, warm, and caring nature and can work well both independently and as part of a team.

When you join the team, you'll become part of an organisation built on strong values, a supportive culture, and a commitment to employee safety and wellbeing. You'll work alongside motivated colleagues in an environment that values teamwork and camaraderie, with plenty of opportunities for fun and fulfillment.

Your Role as a Care Assistant: As a Care Assistant, you'll provide exceptional care to residents, ensuring they live later life well. Your daily duties will include:

Assisting residents with personal care needs. Supporting residents to participate in a variety of activities that promote their health and wellbeing. Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver the highest standard of care. No two days are the same, and you'll have the chance to make a real difference in someone's life every single day.

What We're Looking For:

A kind, caring, and compassionate nature. A team player who can also work independently when required. A passion for supporting older people and a genuine desire to help them thrive. Previous experience is desirable but no prior qualifications or experience are needed; just the right attitude and commitment.

Please Note:

You MUST live within 40 minutes of the home to be considered for this role and have the right to work in the UK (No Sponsorship is available for this role)

What Our Client Offers: In addition to a highly competitive salary, you'll enjoy a range of fantastic benefits, including:

20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) with an option to purchase additional annual leave. Life assurance. Discounts at retail stores and online retailers. Access to nationally recognized training courses and qualifications. Genuine opportunities for career progression and professional development. Employee Assistance Programme, including free counseling and legal advice. Chaplaincy and pastoral support. Wellbeing resources. Family-friendly policies. Long-service awards. Free uniform and DBS check. Healthcare schemes at competitive rates. Recommend-a-Friend scheme.

If you're looking for a rewarding role in a supportive environment with a real opportunity to grow and develop, this is the perfect role for you!
