Sharing Healthcare is currently recruiting Domiciliary Care workers, and we would like you to join our amazing team based in Brentwood and Castle Point. Our kind and friendly care workers support adults, the elderly, the less abled, and other vulnerable people by keeping them safe and independent, living in their own comfortable environment, in their homes, and with their loved ones.
Working in adult social care allows you to build on your skills and learn new skills. When we are out in the community, caring each day is not the same and brings out our natural qualities in changing situations as each client's needs vary.
We are looking to hire committed and compassionate Care Workers, with or without previous experience in care, as we provide full training.
What we expect from you:
Have a desire to care for others. Being reliable, compassionate, honest and kind. Hold a current or willing to undertake a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Check. A good communicator. An active team player. Mentally able to cope with the demands of domiciliary care worker. The role and responsibility of a Home Care worker:
As a carer worker, you will provide our clients the highest standard of care and support to enhance their well-being and promote independence. Assist with personal care. Assist with medication. Meal preparation. Shopping, light housework, laundry. Sitting service/companionship/escorting. Ensuring all needs are met as outlined in each service user's individual care plan.
