About The Role

We’re expanding our team and are looking for a Casual Care Assistants to join us at our Halsey House Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will

play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents, many of whom have served in the Armed Forces. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, supporting residents with their daily routines, and ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times. You will help with mobility, nutrition, and medication as required, and will work closely with colleagues to provide a safe, welcoming environment. Maintaining accurate care records and communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals will also be an essential part of your role. Our home provides

Nursing Care, Residential Care, Dementia Care, and Day Care, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. As part of our award-winning team, you’ll receive full training and ongoing support for your personal and professional development, including the opportunity to achieve NVQ Levels 2 and 3 through our in-house training program. individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent care, putting people at the heart of everything they do. While an NVQ Level 2 qualification is desirable, we are happy to support you in achieving this if you are committed to progressing your career.
