This role will involve providing compassionate care, personal care, and addressing more complex needs, including peg management, learning disabilities, SEND, tracheostomy, ventilated care, controlled medication, and other complex needs.
With every complex client, bespoke nurse-led training will be provided, tailored to meet the needs of the client.
