We are seeking Carers in Crieff who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to residents. In this role, you will help residents maintain their independence, assist with daily living tasks, and improve their overall quality of life. Pay Rates: · Weekdays: £12.05 - £13.15 per hour · Saturdays: £12.56 - £13.94 per hour · Sundays: £13.25 - £14.64 per hour Shift pattern: 08:00-20:00, 20:00-08:00 Your Role in Supporting Residents As a Carer, you will be a vital part of our team, delivering personal care and companionship to residents in Crieff. Your responsibilities will include: Personal Care:

Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining their personal hygiene. Mobility Support:

Helping residents move safely and comfortably, including supporting them with walking or using mobility aids. Emotional Support:

Offering companionship, building meaningful relationships, and helping residents feel engaged and connected. Meal Support:

Assisting with meal preparation, feeding, and encouraging good nutrition. Health Monitoring:

Observing changes in resident's health and behaviour, and reporting any concerns to senior staff.
