Care assistant

Dedicated Care is looking for community care assistants in Cullompton. This position is for a driver, but walkers will be considered. We offer full training and support for all members of staff, including paid DBS, training, and uniform. We are looking for honest, reliable, and committed staff to work as part of our team. The company offers a good rate of pay starting from £12.25 per hour. We pay directly to your account monthly, cover your travel time, provide holiday pay when you take it, and reimburse mileage at 35p per mile for drivers. We also provide a pension scheme and a Christmas saving club. Additionally, we offer rewards for recognized good work within our team. Dedicated Care is a small, friendly organization (running for 11 years) providing care in service users' own homes with a good CQC rating. We are looking for staff with the ability to care for service users with different needs. You will be required to travel between service users and carry out duties such as personal care, meal preparation, medication management, shopping, cleaning, or any other tasks within a care plan. Shifts are available to suit your requirements, but you will be required to work every other weekend. All staff have set days, times, and service users they will visit on a weekly basis.
