Our home care avoids this, and our Care assistants allow older people to live long and happy lives while promoting their autonomy and independence. We provide you with: Salary £12.30 per hour. £300.00 joining bonus T&Cs apply 37 hours per week plus overtime Contribution to travel expenses at 30p per mile Paid travel time Double time paid on bank holidays Refer a friend bonus of £300.00 T&Cs apply Full training Specialist training opportunities e.g. in Alzheimer's and Dementia Career Progression The Role of a Care Professional Care Professionals support clients in the community to live and remain in their own home. Due to the nature of the role in the community, you must be willing to travel around Doncaster and commit to working a combination of the following shift times:

7am – 2.30pm and 3.45pm – 9.45pm , including alternative weekends and bank holidays. We need all our care assistants to be available for at least two evenings per week as a minimum. Qualifications Home Instead is looking to add to our team due to continued growth. We are looking for caring, compassionate, and reliable people to deliver care to our clients. It is an exciting role that requires a team player to work with key parts of the business to ensure our clients get fantastic service. Access to your own transport with Class 1 Business insurance is essential. What you will bring: Help clients to remain happy, healthy, and thriving in their own homes! Responsibilities may include: Companionship and wellbeing support Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments Help with washing, dressing, or bathing.
