Carer - Compassionate Support and Empowerment in Arbroath Pay Rates:

Weekdays: £12.05 - £13.15 per hour Saturdays: £12.56 - £13.94 per hour Sundays: £13.25 - £14.64 per hour Shift pattern: 08:00-20:00, 20:00-08:00 Are you passionate about providing care that makes a difference? Key Responsibilities As a Carer, your role will be to provide high-quality personal and emotional support to residents, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and valued. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Personal Hygiene Support: Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining dignity and respect for the residents. Mealtime Assistance: Support residents during mealtimes, offering help with feeding, promoting healthy eating habits, and ensuring their nutritional needs are met. Mobility Support: Help residents with mobility, including the safe use of mobility aids and equipment. Emotional and Companionship Support: Provide a friendly and caring presence, helping residents stay engaged, and offer emotional support where needed. Documentation and Reporting: Accurately record the care you've provided, including any changes in the resident's condition, and communicate effectively with the rest of the care team.
