Pay Rate:
Non-AWR (Pre 12 weeks): £12.00 per hour
AWR Qualified - No SVQ3 (Post 12 weeks): £13.26 per hour on weekdays and £17.68 per hour on weekends and night shifts
AWR Qualified - SVQ3 (Post 12 weeks): £13.59 per hour on weekdays and £18.12 per hour on weekends and night shifts

Your Role: Provide personal care tailored to each resident, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility Support residents during meals, activities, and encourage independence Keep detailed records of care provided and communicate any concerns Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
What We Are Looking For: A minimum of 6 months of recent care experience within the last 3 years A valid PVG certificate (preferably issued within the last year) Registration with the SSSC or willingness to register before starting A caring and empathetic approach to working with residents Reliability, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills Willingness to travel farther afield
