The Role of the Care Assistant: The role of the Care Assistant is very rewarding and varied. Experience not necessary, full training provided. Driving license essential. Duties of the Care Assistant: Personal Care Prompting and administering medication Getting to know your clients and forming great relationships with them Meal preparation General household tasks including shopping Hours:

Be friendly and supportive towards vulnerable adults. Show the ability to build relationships with those you will support and those around them. Show service users compassion and understanding when working with others. Show understanding about the responsibility of the job role.
