Care Assistant - part time earlies - Meadows Park - Louth

We are looking for a care assistant to work part time earlies 7am to 2:30pm for an average of 24.5 hours over two weeks, which will include weekends.

As a Care Assistant, you will carry out several responsibilities and duties to keep you motivated, stimulated, and content:

Helping support residents with getting ready for the evening and promoting their independence.

Accompanying residents to relax for the evening and assisting with any personal needs they would like help with.

Working with families to understand each resident's needs, desires, and purpose in their daily lives.

Being the individual who supports the residents, keeping them company and maintaining their purpose in life.

Keeping the residents safe, respecting their individuality and integrity.
