Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with your clients. Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands. Deliver personal care with the highest respect and dignity. Encourage and support physical activities and exercises. Provide reminders and assistance with medications, ensuring safety and well-being. Accompany clients to appointments and social events, offering transportation or accompaniment when necessary. Qualifications

What are we looking for? Individuals with a genuine passion for caring for others. Excellent communicators, with written and spoken English, who can empathise naturally. No prior experience or formal qualifications required as we provide full training and ongoing support. Must have access to reliable transportation. Additional Information

Benefits: Earn between £12.50 to £15.00 per hour, alongside travel/waiting time pay and mileage pay. Enjoy regular social events and team-building activities. Requirements: Home Instead is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults and expects all staff to share this commitment. This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.
