This is a Temporary, ad hoc role, covering sickness and holidays for our clients in the Gloucestershire area! As an Agency Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of care settings in the area! This particular residential home offers a lovely homey environment where each resident has their own private room. The home benefits from several lounges for the residents to relax and socialise, and there are many activities on offer in the communal areas on a daily basis. You will provide person-centred support in all aspects of each individual's day-to-day lives, following care plans to enable the individual to be as independent as possible. You will be a hardworking and motivated individual, able to hit the ground running in each care setting, and adapt to each individual's preference. You will be passionate about helping others to live their best lives. Day-to-Day Tasks Could Include:
