When open, Lepton Heights will support adults living with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia, and physical disabilities. Although the home is set to open in January 2025, you’ll begin a tailored induction one month prior. This will give you the opportunity to learn about the company, meet your colleagues, and complete your training, so you're fully prepared when the home officially opens. In the meantime, we'll stay in touch via email or WhatsApp, sharing regular updates on the progress of your new workplace.
