About the Role As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping clients stay independent in the comfort of their own homes. From providing practical support to offering friendly companionship, you’ll enhance their quality of life and bring peace of mind to their families. Your Responsibilities: Help clients with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, and mobility. Prepare meals and assist with light household duties to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Offer companionship and emotional support, building meaningful connections. Provide transportation to appointments or social activities. Follow care plans and keep accurate records of the care provided. Support clients with technology to help them stay connected or entertained.
