Key Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:

Providing personal care and assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met Supporting clients with mobility and transportation needs, both within their homes and in the community Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering emotional support and companionship Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any concerns or changes in client’s condition to the appropriate supervisor Requirements of a Care Assistant:

Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Benefits:
