So, what's the job really about?
Well, imagine popping by to help Mrs. Smith start her day. One moment you're assisting her out of bed and helping her choose an outfit, and the next, you're sharing a cuppa and a natter as she enjoys her breakfast. Later, you might be off to Mr. Jones' to make sure he's got his medication sorted and assisting him with a refreshing shower and a hot meal on the table. Maybe a quick tidy-up, or a trip to the shops is on the cards as well.
But here's the special bit. You're not just a helper; you're a lifeline, a listener, and often, a good laugh! You ensure all of your clients are comfortable and safe to enable them to stay independent in their own homes.

Earn Level 2, 3 and 5 qualifications and career advancement for those that would like more! Feel appreciated:
We show our appreciation with bonuses—£250 for each successful employee referral and an additional £250 on your work anniversary and £500 if you have been with us 5 years and £1,000 for 10 years! We pay for your MOT's
