Company Description New Year, New You! Start 2025 off right by embarking on more than just a job. If you've been looking to do something truly rewarding or develop your caring skills, now's the perfect time to join Home Instead. With our competitive pay up to £17 per hour, you might think that's enough to catch your eye. But that's not all—we offer travel costs between client visits at £13.50 and paid mileage at 30p per mile. Plus, we don't rush through visits, as we always commit to minimum one-hour visits so you truly have the time to care. We have also just been awarded the prestigious 5 Star WorkBuzz Employer award for the second year in a row! This honour is a testament to our commitment to our team’s well-being and success. Are you the dependable friend that everyone turns to? The one who listens, offers a shoulder, and knows just what to say? That's more than just being a good friend—that's having the heart of a Care Professional. At Home Instead, we value people like you because you have a rare set of skills: genuine kindness, empathy and oodles of patience. You're exactly the kind of person who can make a difference. Various hours/times available - please call to discuss your preferences. So, what's the job really about? Well, imagine popping by to help Mrs. Smith start her day. One moment you're assisting her out of bed and helping her choose an outfit, and the next, you're sharing a cuppa and a natter as she enjoys her breakfast. Later, you might be off to Mr. Jones' to make sure he's got his medication sorted and assisting him with a refreshing shower and a hot meal on the table. Maybe a quick tidy-up, or a trip to the shops is on the cards as well. But here's the special bit. You're not just a helper; you're a lifeline, a listener, and often, a good laugh! You ensure all of your clients are comfortable and safe to enable them to stay independent in their own homes. We are rated
