Our team support clients who have recently been discharged from acute or hospital settings as they adjust to life back in their own homes. This role would suit reliable, kind, caring, compassionate care assistants looking for a role offering a high level of job satisfaction, a supportive team environment and excellent rates of pay in an organisation who strive to offer the very best levels of care to clients. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Travelling to client homes to provide the highest level of support to individuals who are adjusting to life back at home Performing light housekeeping tasks Observing, monitoring and record keeping Building relationships with service users and understanding what will really make a difference to their daily lives Promoting self-care and skills in a safe setting Encouraging and supporting clients with daily tasks Providing support, guidance and encouragement during client recovery period Shifts available: 7am - 3pm 4pm - 10pm Weekend availability must be provided every other weekend (minimum of 8 hours each day) We offer: Full support from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care £14.25 per hour weekdays / £15.50 per hour weekends £250 REFER A FRIEND SCHEME Work for an Award Winning Branch!
