An amazing, purpose-built elderly Care Home in Windsor is currently seeking passionate Care Assistants on Day and Night shifts to join their dedicated care team.

This friendly, charity-run Care Home was purpose-built to provide outstanding facilities in the centre of historical Windsor Town and offers fantastic amenities. Residents have access to beautiful communal lounges and dining rooms, as well as a secure landscaped garden with outdoor seating. The Care Home underwent extensive refurbishment a few years ago to enhance service quality and residents' quality of life. The home has a fantastic reputation in the local area and is rated ‘Good’ in all areas in their CQC report. Full training and inductions will be provided by Senior Care Assistants and senior staff members to any new Carers joining the care team, with ongoing support and guidance always available. The home has free parking on site and a bus stop immediately outside. Care Assistant main duties: Supporting residents with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet Assisting residents with manual handling and mobility around the home (if required) Working within a team of other Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care Assisting with food and drink throughout the day Promoting residents' independence and wellbeing, supporting them with activities, and providing companionship Desirable for Care Assistants: Prior experience as a Carer or Support Worker within a care home or homecare environment Qualifications within Health and Social Care, e.g., NVQs, the Care Certificate (Full training will also be provided) For further information on this Windsor-based Care Assistant role, please call Phil King on (phone number removed).
