Care Assistant Benefits Available Flexible/set working patterns to suit you Generous pay rates £12.00 + 45p per mile (for car drivers) and your travel time Paid DBS Refer a friend Scheme £150 Regular bonus payments Time and half/double time bank holiday payments Company pension scheme 28 days holiday equivalent Free uniform, fleece, and winter coat Requirements for the Care Assistant Must be flexible and able to work key times of service delivery, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and alternate weekends. Weekend-only workers are also welcome. Caring and compassionate towards people in need of care. Respect for individuals suffering from a range of medical conditions with different backgrounds and beliefs. Strong commitment to non-discriminatory care practice. Excellent reliability. Good communication skills. Ability to support people with all aspects of their daily living in a manner that respects their dignity, is non-judgmental, and promotes their independence, choices, and privacy. Ability to prioritize workloads effectively so customers receive the services they expect. Ability to maintain clear written and electronic records and to follow statutory reporting procedures. Ability to follow policies, procedures, and instructions.
