They are now on the hunt for compassionate, enthusiastic, individuals to join their experienced care team as a Care Assistant on either days or nights.
Job Details:
GBP12.18ph - GBP13.06ph with weekend uplift of up to GBP1.20ph
Full Time Permanent contract
Day or Night Shifts available
12 hour shifts
Care Assistant Main Duties:
As a care assistant, you will be an integral part of their caring and dedicated team. Your main responsibilities will include:
Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to residents with daily activities
Support with mobility, feeding, and maintaining personal hygiene
Monitor and record residents health and well-being
Build positive relationships with residents and their families
Assist with recreational activities and encourage social interaction
Ensure the safety and comfort of residents at all times
Follow care plans and assist with delivering individualised care
Report any changes in residents condition to senior staff
Care Assistant Requirements:
To excel in this role, we are seeking carers with the following qualifications and qualities:
Previous experience in a Care Assistant or Support Worker role
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
