Charnwood Community Care provides care & support for adults over the age of 18. Our aim is to ensure the people we support have full control over the care & support they receive.
We are currently looking to employ someone who feels they have what it takes to make a positive difference in someone's life.
We are a family-run company with a new approach to care. We don’t believe ‘one size fits all’ and so we spend time getting to know our clients' needs and wants before their package of care begins.
Our aim is to put the adults we support in control of their care.
About You:
You may have experience in adult social care or you may not – most things can be taught!
We are interested in the type of person you are! Life experience, common sense, compassion, and understanding are some of the qualities we value at Charnwood Community Care, and they can’t be taught!
Clear communicators are a must! The people we support require clear and easily understood communication to build and maintain strong relationships to best support their care.
Due to the nature of the business, a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential at this moment.

Job Overview:
You will be responsible for following care plans and reporting and recording your notes. You will be supporting people in their own homes while promoting independence and maintaining high standards of privacy and dignity.
Hours are currently part-time across 7 days. You will need to have flexible availability to suit the needs of our service users.
