About the Role As a Home Care Assistant, you will support our clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and enjoy a comfortable, safe, and fulfilling life. From assisting with daily activities to providing much-needed companionship, your role will be key in enhancing their overall well-being. What will I be doing? Supporting clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks to ensure a safe and tidy environment Offering companionship and emotional support, helping clients feel valued and connected Driving clients to appointments or social outings, providing reliable and friendly transportation Following personalised care plans and keeping an eye on any changes in their needs or health Maintaining accurate records of the care you provide and any observations about their well-being Helping clients use technology to stay in touch with loved ones or enjoy entertainment What We Offer From £12.70 per hour plus paid holiday Flexible hours to suit your availability and the needs of our clients A friendly office team to support you Ongoing training to develop your skills and confidence A referral scheme to reward introductions to our team What we are Looking For You don’t need previous experience to join us – we’ll provide all the training you need.
