Job Title: Care Assistant Location: Various Locations across the UK Salary: 12.50 - 14.00 per hour Full-time/Part-time: Agency Adhoc Shifts

Role Overview: As a Care Assistant, you will assist individuals with daily routines, promote their emotional and social development, and support their independence in a safe, nurturing environment. You will work as part of a team to ensure the wellbeing, safety, and progress of those in your care. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care, support, and daily assistance to individuals. Assist with mealtimes, activities, and personal hygiene. Encourage positive behavior, independence, and life skills. Work closely with the care team to implement care plans and meet individual needs. Ensure the safety and welfare of individuals, following safeguarding protocols. Build supportive, trusting relationships with those in care, promoting their emotional wellbeing. Ideal Candidate: At least 12 months of experience in a residential care setting (desirable). NVQ in Health & Social Care, Care Certificate, or equivalent. Compassionate, patient, and able to support individuals with varying needs. Strong communication skills and commitment to safeguarding and care protocols.
