Assist with mealtimes, activities, and personal hygiene. Encourage positive behavior, independence, and life skills. Work closely with the care team to implement care plans and meet individual needs. Ensure the safety and welfare of individuals, following safeguarding protocols. Build supportive, trusting relationships with those in care, promoting their emotional wellbeing. Ideal Candidate: At least 12 months of experience in a residential care setting (desirable). NVQ in Health & Social Care, Care Certificate, or equivalent. Compassionate, patient, and able to support individuals with varying needs. Strong communication skills and commitment to safeguarding and care protocols.
