Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Combe Lea, a vibrant Community Resource Centre in Midsomer Norton. Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, and dressing. Promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standards of person-centred care. Adhere to and complete accurate and timely records of the care and support provided to residents. Provide support to access third party and NHS services. Be a strong team player and work on own initiative when needed. Promote positive lifestyle choices, offering individuals the opportunity and motivation to achieve their best. About us

Previous experience of working in care would be an advantage, but a commitment to delivering quality person-centred care is essential, and full training will be provided.
