Sounds interesting, but what can I expect FROM you? For us it is simple, our staff really are our greatest asset and we appreciate each member of our company family. Therefore, we offer each member of our team: Excellent rates of pay starting from £13.15 per hour + mileage CASH BONUS referral scheme PAID Meet and Greet (meet clients before providing any care) PAID comprehensive in-house training (earn whilst you learn) Most care calls are one hour or longer Fully funded opportunities to study NVQ 2, 3, 4 & 5 (with time allowances to study) No uniforms (we like our Care Assistants to look like friends or family when visiting or out with clients) DBS fully reimbursed after probation Social events and regular awards for high performers Blue Light discount card (great saving in shops, restaurants and many other venues) OK, what do you need FROM me? Ideally, you will:
Live in Medway Have a full UK driving licence (or equivalent) Have access to your own vehicle Be able to work alternate weekends Have a right to work in the UK - we do not have licence to issue CoS Be prepared to go through our 3-day induction training at our Gillingham office Sounds good, but what tasks will I do? Companionship (hobbies, trips out, shopping etc) Medication assistance Personal care (minimal assistance is all that is sometimes needed) Assisting clients living with Dementia Meal preparation Light housekeeping Are you still reading....
