Our work environment includes: All essential training provided Access to a Healthcare Scheme Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team on nights, providing essential care and support to individuals in need. We have three night shifts available, 21:30 to 08:00, worked between Monday and Sunday with alternate weekends off. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and ensuring the well-being of those under their care. Responsibilities: Work under the direction of the Nurse in Charge: Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and feeding. Support clients with mobility around their home. Engage with residents to promote physical and mental well-being. Maintain accurate care records. Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes (Log My Care). Qualifications required: Proficient in English with excellent communication skills. Experience in understanding and working to care plans would be advantageous. Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes. Previous experience in nursing home care or care home settings is advantageous.
