The Crown Care Group are seeking carers to complement our existing team on NIGHTS in New Rossington, Doncaster.
We require Full and Part-time Care Assistants for NIGHTS.
The Royal Care Home has 57 beds and provides high-quality person-centred care to residents who require nursing/residential care and specialist dementia care. If you want to work with a committed and dynamic team in a fulfilling and rewarding care home that has a good CQC rating, then this is the job for you.
You will ideally have experience within a care home setting and be confident around service users with dementia.
We offer continual learning and development, which is supported by our registered manager.
Essential Criteria:
Previous experience of working within an elderly care setting.
NVQ Level 2 or willing to work towards.
Willing to attend training sessions to develop skills.
Demonstrate good communication skills.
Working on a rota system.
Candidates would be expected to work alternative weekends.

Part-time / Full-time hours available: 38.5 - 44 per week.
