Jane Lewis is a leading healthcare agency that puts people first. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and supporting those most vulnerable.

As this is an agency position, you would be offered night shifts in a variety of settings including nursing homes and residential services, supporting a range of individuals with varying needs. We do work with several services in the area, so there will be the opportunity to work with elderly individuals living with dementia.

As an Agency Night Healthcare Assistant, we can offer you:

Flexible shifts that fit around your lifestyle

Pay Rate: £14.84 - £15.68 per hour (Inclusive of Holiday Pay)

24/7 support from our friendly branch team

Opportunity for further development, including access to NVQs

Weekly Pay

£150 guaranteed if we cannot provide you with a shift within 14 days of sign off

If you:

Are over the age of 18 to apply

Have the right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship

Have 6 months prior experience in a UK-based healthcare setting

Are able to work waking night shifts

Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector

Can build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities

Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector

Are registered with Social Care Wales

* Applies to both General Nursing and Mental Health Nursing. Nurses cannot have worked for Jane Lewis Healthcare or Active Care Group within the last 12 months. Must have a valid NMC pin and at least 6 months of UK-based nursing experience.

The worker must be available and willing to work within the first 14 days following compliance sign-off.
