Care Assistant (Nights) - Lincoln
We are looking for care assistants to work from 7pm to 7am during the week, including every other weekend.

As a Care Assistant, you will carry out several responsibilities and duties to keep you motivated, stimulated, and content:
Helping support residents with getting ready for the evening and promoting their independence while addressing their needs.
Working with families to understand each resident's needs, desires, and purpose in their daily lives.
Accompanying residents with indoor activities and ensuring activities are enjoyable to help them wind down and relax.
Being the individual who supports the residents, keeping them company and reinforcing their purpose in life.
Keeping the residents safe while respecting their individuality and integrity.
