What You’ll do as a Care Assistant As a key member of our care team, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do: Provide personal and medical care tailored to residents’ individual needs. Offer professional and emotional support, ensuring dignity, respect, and independence. Assist residents with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating, drinking, and mobility. Develop meaningful relationships with residents, bringing joy and comfort to their lives. Contribute to the creation and updating of residents’ care plans, ensuring any specialist needs are addressed. Every day will be varied, rewarding, and impactful.
