We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on a maternity leave cover on Days at Pentlands, our awarding winning nursing home in Worthing, West Sussex.
Hours of work:
42 - including every other weekend We are unable to provide Tier 2 sponsorship at this time.
As a Care Assistant you will be:
Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents; Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary; Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system; Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences; Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care. More about you: Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role; Kind and caring with a positive approach; Energetic and hard-working; Passionate about offering superior services and want to make a difference; Team player.
