Roles and Responsibilities You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would travel to the customers home in Worcestershire and assist them with daily tasks, as agreed between the customers and Caremark, being a pair of helping hands with tasks that require it.

Your role would include helping customers with tasks such as:

Shopping & meal preparation

Prompting with medication

Support daily routines

Respite services

Socialising & leisure activities

Helping customers access the community

Required Education, Skills & Qualifications We are happy to speak to you if you’re new to care and just starting out, or have been in the industry for years. You might be looking for full time work or just a few hours to pass the time, either way, we would love to hear from you.
