Care Assistant
required to support an 8-year-old girl with autism and learning disabilities who lives in the Chester le Street area.
We are looking for someone to be a Care Assistant for an 8-year-old girl, to take her out and about. She is able to let people know what she needs, enjoys imaginative play, and would love someone to take her out for walks or to the park.
Hours / Wage:
Wage rate is £12 per hour.
5 hours per week during term time.
10 hours per week during school holidays.
Duties:
Your role will be to support with social activities, such as taking her out for walks.
Additional Requirements / Information:
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience in working with children with autism/learning difficulties.
Car driver with own car preferred.
An enhanced DBS will be required; the employer will cover the cost.
