A good listener with the ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships. What to Expect as a Care Professional: Introductory and shadow visits to help you settle in. Minimum 1-hour visits with clients. A matching process based on hobbies and interests. Ongoing support from our friendly office team. Career progression opportunities to help you grow and develop. Additional Information A caring nature, and the desire to make a positive impact on others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible and adaptable to our clients' needs.
