About the Role: As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents, supporting them with their daily needs in a kind and respectful manner. You will help create a safe and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities: Providing personal care, support, and companionship to residents Assisting with daily activities, including dressing, washing, and meal assistance Supporting residents with dementia in maintaining their independence and dignity Working closely with the nursing team to deliver care plans Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
What We're Looking For: A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care Ability to work well as part of a team Previous experience in a care or dementia setting is a plus, but not essential Good communication and interpersonal skills Reliability and commitment to delivering high-quality care
