Shift pay rather than pay per call, which means you are paid from the start of your first call to the end of your last call within a shift. £12.30 p/hr (drivers) or £11.50 p/hr (walkers) – travel time included Mileage:

Care Assistant , your working hours will be aligned to shift patterns, which includes early starts, late evenings, and weekend working: Early shift: 7:00am - 2:00pm Late shift: 3:00pm - 10:00pm Your working pattern will be agreed, setting a 2-week rota which includes: Alternate full weekends, or every Saturday or every Sunday Evenings as agreed within your working hours As a Care Assistant, you will: Provide personal care that protects people's dignity. Promote independence using enabling approaches. Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals. Connect people to their communities accessing local support and services. Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control. Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time. About You: No experience necessary!

You may already have many of the skills needed to make an excellent Care Assistant. Patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively are all essential qualities for this role. Candidates MUST reside in the UK and live within the Sheffield area. In Return: You will be provided with the training you need to be an outstanding Care Assistant. PLUS a generous benefits package including: Fully funded DBS. Paid induction training: 1 week classroom-based (Monday - Friday), 2 days shadowing and additional online modules. Training development: funded Level 2 and other accredited courses. Whilst experience is not essential as full training will be provided, we very much welcome previous experience working as Home Carer, Care Worker, Health Care Assistant, Support Worker, Nurses, Social Care Worker, Care Assistant, Mental Health Care Worker, Voluntary Worker, Support Worker.
