Your Role as a Carer:
Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support. Providing companionship and emotional support, fostering a sense of community and belonging. Helping residents during meal times, ensuring nutritional needs are met. Maintaining accurate care records and promptly reporting any concerns. Supporting residents to maintain their independence and dignity at all times.
What We're Looking For: Kind, empathetic individuals with a caring and patient nature. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to the needs of residents. Experience in care is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
Pay Rates: Weekdays: £12.05 - £13.15 per hour Saturdays: £12.56 - £13.94 per hour Sundays: £13.25 - £14.64 per hour
Shift Patterns: Day Shifts: 08:00 - 20:00 Night Shifts: 20:00 - 08:00
