Our Client on the outskirts of Norwich is seeking an experienced Permanent Care Home Support Worker to join their valued team in their beautifully located Care Home. You will be reporting directly to the Nurse in Charge / Deputy Home Manager & Home Manager. The role is for day and night shifts. Flexibility around your family life is available. The client is seeking: An experienced Care Home Support Healthcare Assistant - ideally you will have had experience as a Care Assistant but not essential. Full training will be given. Someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passionate Support Worker / Carer who is wanting to make a difference to those you care for and to uphold the high standards of care already given in this home. Someone who is empathetic and has a caring nature. Ideally, the candidate will have been working towards an NVQ 2/3 or be willing to work towards it. A care worker who is happy to deliver personal care when required. A team member who leads by example. Working with this client, as a healthcare assistant / support worker, you will be well looked after as they believe in upskilling their staff and offer many different training courses. There is an opportunity to be promoted from within the home. You will have job satisfaction knowing you are supported by a strong management team, who put their staff at the heart of what they stand for. Happy Staff, Happy Residents is their ethos. Unless you are local to NR12 / NR10 / NR6 Area, being a car driver is beneficial, as although on a bus route, these buses may not always fall during shift start and finish times.
