Could you enrich lives and support independence in your community? We’re looking for a kind, caring, and compassionate person to provide outstanding care in Chester and the surrounding areas. No previous experience is required as our in-house training team will ensure you are trained to the high standards of care we expect. All you need is good people skills and a big heart - we can teach the rest!
Responsibilities:
Providing personal care (including bathing, dressing, toileting)
Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
Administering and documenting medication
Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams
Supporting clients with varying needs, from a helping hand to more hands-on support
Ensuring timely visits and delivering high-quality care
Travel to different client homes to deliver care
Requirements:
Must be 18 to apply
Subject to an enhanced DBS check and sufficient referencing
Must drive and have access to your own vehicle
Ability to work in set shift patterns - 7am - 3pm / 3pm - 11pm / 7am - 11pm
Some availability during evenings and weekends is required
Reliable transport to ensure timely visits
