You'll be providing support to a young man within his own environment who is a happy and loving male with a charismatic personality who loves social activities and requires support from likeminded care professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support individuals with Smith-Magenis Syndrome (SMS)
Provide 24/7 community support
Assist with epilepsy management
Support individuals with autism
Deliver personal care
Administer medication
