Company Description Home Instead Mid Cornwall provide the highest quality, relationship-led care for older people in their own homes in Wadebridge and surrounding towns and villages. We support clients with their social and emotional needs rather than just focusing on tasks, helping them enjoy their lives in their own homes where they often wish to be. Job Description As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you have time to provide the highest quality care for people in their own homes. Our visits are at least an hour, with time in between visits scheduled and paid, so there is no need to rush. We provide excellent training and support, and you will always be introduced to a new client. As well as classroom-based training and online courses, we have shadow visits where you build up confidence and skills with experienced Care Professionals. We have guaranteed contracts available, and Care Professionals can work 2, 3, or 4 set days a week + every other weekend. Pay is £13 per hour + Travel Allowance at £13 per hour for the scheduled gaps between visits. We pay mileage at 45p a mile over the first 10 miles of a day. As an example, if you did 30 hours a week with us, this would be £1,696 a month + mileage. This is a highly rewarding role for the right person. Please contact us for more information.
