We are looking for friendly, reliable and caring people, regardless of experience, to join our team of Community Care Assistants. Perhaps you’re already a community carer who’s frustrated with rushing through 15-minute support visits? Right at Home believes in delivering high-quality care; therefore, we offer a minimum of one-hour support visits.

What we offer our Care Assistants: Competitive hourly rates from £13.50 to £14.00 p/h and mileage pay at 35p p/m Award-winning training and ongoing support Access to further learning Clear career progression routes Flexible hours Blue light card Duties will include: Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day Personal care Administering medication Assisting Clients with washing and dressing Shopping Housekeeping Meal preparation Taking Clients for appointments or outings Requirements of a Care Assistant: Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle Have the right to work in the U.K (we do hold a sponsorship licence) Be able to offer availability either early mornings (from 7am) or evenings (from 4pm) on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Commit to attending a 4-day training course Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance You do not need to have experience; we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply.
