areas, and who are looking to ultimately make a career working within the Adult Care Sector. We are now seeking people to work with our elderly clients and can negotiate with you your availability - tell us what suits you, and let us work our magic (within reason). We are also very happy to speak to people looking for a couple of hours work each day, including weekends - so if you are retired, bored, in need of extra income, looking for new friends, or keen to give something back, then give us a call. We do require all staff to work their agreed hours on alternate weekends - essential. You must be passionate about what you do,

with your own car - essential because we travel

between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis.

You must also have a full UK Driving Licence. You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process. We are currently NOT licensed to sponsor people and are unable to use people currently sponsored by other companies. Job Description We are looking for people who are reliable, compassionate, flexible, looking to progress their career and are seeking long-term work stability. We will fully train you in every aspect of the Adult Care Sector from the practical aspect through to the rules and regulations that govern the industry, making you highly skilled, talented, and professional. We will encourage you in everything you do including gaining professional qualifications that will ensure long-term career prospects. Home Instead provides our clients with the full spectrum of care including personal care, help around the home, and companionship, enabling them to remain healthy, happy, and living in their own home. Rewards include: Great hourly rates £12.00 per hour, averaging £14.00 per hour with benefits added. Higher rates for evening and weekend working - double for Bank Holidays. £0.30/per mile - £0.45/per hour travel expenses. Recent introduction payment during travel time (some restrictions apply). Flexible working day that suits individual availability. Full comprehensive paid training - ongoing CPD. Minimum 1-hour visits with each client. Paid holiday and pension.
