Care Assistants
to join our team in care homes throughout
Belfast and Greater Belfast . The ideal candidates will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, dressing, and mobility. Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity. Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by nursing staff. Foster a warm and supportive environment, promoting emotional and social well-being. Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the care team. Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided. Participate in training and development opportunities as required. Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications: Must be registered with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC). Minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a care home environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
