Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants who wish to join our amazing team and make a difference to our clients! We have a number of positions available. Our visits can start anywhere from 8am through until 10pm, Mondays to Sundays, and we are recruiting for candidates who are fully flexible to work 5 days out of 7, which includes every 2nd weekend off. **Driving license essential with access to a vehicle** Responsibilities include: Minimum 1 hour visits. Introductions to all clients. Visiting the same clients to build up a relationship and ensure continuity. Home Help – Helping with everyday tasks such as tidying, laundry, hoovering, and meal preparation/cooking. Companionship – Ensuring clients enjoy social interactions daily, including chatting, playing their favourite board games, or accompanying them on social outings or to appointments/shopping. Personal care - Supporting clients with everyday routines such as showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent. Medication support – prompting and assisting. Prior care experience is desired but not essential. We are looking for kind and compassionate people like you to join our Home Instead team. Whether you have direct experience in care, personally or professionally, or are just starting out, we offer industry-leading training to all of our Care Assistants to help you help others. Our only requirements are: A caring nature and the desire to make a positive impact on others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to our clients' needs. A driving license & access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
