Job Description
We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants working Monday to Sunday. Are you kind, caring, and want to make a difference? Then come join our Team! Work Patterns:
Monday to Sunday - Evenings between 5pm - 10pm 5 out of 7 days - every 2nd weekend off. **Driving license essential with access to a vehicle and must have the right to work in the UK.** Responsibilities include:
Minimum 1 hour visits. Introductions to all clients. Visiting the same clients to allow you to build up a relationship and ensure continuity. Home Help
– Helping with everyday tasks from tidying, laundry, hoovering, and meal preparation/cooking. Companionship
– Ensuring clients enjoy social interactions daily from chatting, playing their favourite board games, to going on social outings or accompanying to appointments/shopping. Personal care
– Supporting clients with everyday routines such as showering, dressing, grooming to keep them healthy and independent. Medication support
– prompting, assisting, etc. Benefits include:
Rate of pay
£13.00
per hour. Mileage contribution. Paid travel time. Guaranteed hour contracts available. Continuity of clients. Auto enrolment pension scheme. Whether you have direct experience in care, personally or professionally, or are just starting out – we offer industry-leading training to all of our Care Assistants to help you help others. Our only requirements are: A caring nature and the desire to make a positive impact on others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
