Work Patterns:
Thursdays to Sundays between 8am - 2pm or between 4pm - 10pm.
**The role requires a driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.**
Responsibilities include:
Minimum 1 hour visits.
Introductions to all clients.
Visiting the same clients to allow you to build up a relationship and ensure continuity.
Home Help
– Helping with everyday tasks such as tidying, laundry, hoovering, and meal preparation/cooking.
Companionship
– Ensuring clients enjoy social interactions daily from chatting, playing their favorite board games, to going on social outings or accompanying them to appointments/shopping.
Personal care
– Supporting clients with everyday routines such as showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
Medication support
– Prompting and assisting with medication.

Qualifications:
Prior care experience is desired but not essential. We are looking for kind and compassionate people like you to join our Home Instead team. Whether you have direct experience in care, personally or professionally, or are just starting out, we offer industry-leading training to all of our Care Assistants to help you help others.
