We are recruiting for FULL and PART TIME carers to join our team working within DUNKELD and BIRNAM. WE HAVE ROUNDS THAT ARE 'WALKABLE' WITHIN THESE AREAS, THEREFORE BEING ABLE TO DRIVE IS NOT AN ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT.
We are a local company providing a care at home service as an alternative to moving into a Nursing Home. Enabling people to remain at home helps them maintain personal independence and contact with their local community.
We assist our clients with the daily activities of living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, assistance with medications, and helping clients to get out and about, attend appointments, etc.
- When working with us, you will be provided with a CONTRACT. All CONTRACTS include HOLIDAY PAY.
- We will provide you with some of the BEST RATES OF PAY within the Care industry.
- Our morning shifts are 0700-1300/1400 and our evening shifts are 1600/1700-2100/2200. We do ask everyone that works with us to have availability every 2nd weekend.
- We will PAY YOU FROM THE START UNTIL THE END of your shift, INCLUSIVE OF UNAVOIDABLE GAPS. We will also PAY YOUR MILEAGE FOR ANY TRAVEL UNDERTAKEN DURING YOUR SHIFT.
Experience is not essential as all staff are provided with a fully comprehensive induction followed by on-the-job supervision until confident and competent.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Caring and kind nature, 17 years of age +. Experience preferred but not essential.
