Care Call Officer vacancy waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available:
Position: Care Call Officer
Location: Stockport
Rate: Negotiable
Length: 3 months with opportunity to go permanent
Hours: Various shift patterns, 35 hours per week average
The role will predominantly involve:
Manage a patch of 200 customers, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records through regular contact
Build strong relationships with customers and their families to support their wellbeing
Answer calls and resolve call-centre queries related to customer wellbeing
Conduct home visits to customers
Provide compassionate and empathetic care to ensure customer satisfaction and overall wellbeing
Minimum Requirements:
Enhanced DBS on the update service
Driving license with access to your own vehicle
Availability for day and night shift work
